In 2014, Toyota decided to expand its presence in Pampanga by appointing a new dealer in the Province.  The franchise was awarded to the group of Arturo R. Macapagal in May 2014.  In February 2015, the lot along the Angeles-Magalang Road in Barangay Pulung Maragul was approved as the site for the new dealership.  Unfortunately, Arturo passed away in August 2015.  The franchise has since been passed on to his son, Alex.  Construction began in December 2015.  The dealership was opened to the public on March 6, 2017.

On the 27th day of November 2018, Toyota Angeles Pampanga, Inc. (TAP) gained a competitive advantage by being awarded with ISO 14001:2015 certification, the updated version of ISO environmental management system standard.

This standard indicates good management and control of the environmental aspects and impact in line with the country’s legal and standard requirements as well as the best-practices of the organization leading to the objective of reducing wastes, costs and risks. This is a framework designed to measure and improve the way natural resources are used and disposed of by the organization.

Through the ISO 14001:2015 Certification, Toyota Angeles Pampanga underwent assessments, trainings, documentations and process audits to ensure compliance to the standard. Read more…

(TAP) – built last 2016 is now LEED GREEN BUILDING GOLD Certified, awarded with 61 points, which means healthier and more productive workplace, reduced stress on the environment by encouraging energy and resource-efficient building, savings from increased building value, and decreased utility costs.

Toyota Angeles Pampanga, Inc. (TAP) –  received its DTI Gold Bagwis award last October 26, 2017 at City of San Fernando Pampanga. This award is given to establishments that strictly adhere to various consumer laws, having Consumer Welfare Desk (CWD) and giving quality customer care to clients.

“Bagwis (local term for feather wing) Seal of Excellence” the certification is part of the DTI program which is recognized by the ASEAN Committee on Consumer Protection (ACCP) as one of the best practices of the country in consumer protection. The DTI – Bagwis Program gives due recognition to establishments that uphold the rights of consumers while practicing responsible business where consumers get the best value for money.
